Everyone knows exercise is good for your health,  but did you know exercise is like rocket fuel for your brain?
Numerous fitness studies have linked movement and exercise to academic improvement!
A number of states have correlated the state academic tests to fitness scores, even Denver Public Schools.
Students in the Healthy Fitness Zone regularly scored higher on Reading and Math TCAP tests!

“There is a connection between physical activity and learning and it is a positive one - children who are more physically fit do better academically. They concentrate better in the classroom [and] they perform better on math and reading examinations.”

John Ratey, author of Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain.
