Find kid friendly cardsThere are a lot of good kid friendly mindfulness activities out there. I ordered this box set online. I just pull a card out and spend about 1-2 minutes having my students do the activity. Feel free to borrow a chunk of cards from me.

Breathe ball & a chimeIn PE, I often have students inhale as the ball expands and exhale as the ball closes together. The ball gives students a focus point. I also use a chime to help the students to focus. I simply have students close their eyes. I ding the chime and I ask them to raise their hand when they no longer hear the ringing. It gives the students a good focus point.
